A mistake takes you on a differant journey, just keep going!

I was trying to bend the spoon to make a bracelet and I snapped the handle of the spoon right off! I ended up doing some sewing instead, adding velvet to wrap around the back. Okay now what can I use the Handle for......any ideas?

I seem to love to comment on my own blog...but I have after thoughts.....Art imitating life..we make mistakes and we have to go for it in life. No stopping, you can't turn back the clock. You just move forward with a positive attitude and know someday all things will be explained or they will at least make sense!

It looks better without the handle!. Heat up the silverware before bending. That should help. I can't believe I can answer your question about the handle, well you have to buy Jewerly Affaire April 2nd. One of my pieces is in the back pages and it's a silverware handle, or send me your e-mail and I will forward a picture of what the necklace looks like. Ciao Rita mammabellarte

Rita, Thanks for your comments! How funny I did buy the new issue of Jewerly Affaire and I soo noticed your silver handle piece and was excited I could use my mistake. I just have to set up a pickle pot, my silver looks awfull after heating up! Congradulations on being published! I am so obsessed with every Stampington Magazine coming out.
